    This post sounds good to me as i have started walking to lose weight as other exercise doesn’t really appeal to me.
    I am looking for something to help aswell and this sounds ideal:)
    Bragg’s recipes look pretty good and i will be trying them,
    Can i have one of these everyday before my walk? and will it give me an upset stomach at first?
    I really am looking forward to see if this works for me, i must say you have detailed this post very well.

  2. I have alot of experience with this apple vinegar. I use to take 2 swallows each morning straight from the bottle. It’s pretty strong but it’s so effective. And its true that it play a role on your weight. Each time I stop I always gain a little bit of weight. It’s still cool to have recipes for those who find it too strong. Thanks for sharing
